Starting off with the selection and acquisition of suitable property, we plan and design a product on clients behalf. We emphasise the involvement of the client at an early stage. We want to design and build your dream house.

Our products range from 35 m2 one bedroom homes up to villas of 1500 m2 and more.

We favour classical tropical design with natural materials.

The majority of our clients are people from overseas and ex-patriots living in Asia.

The other main area of activity is the planning and construction of resorts (see www.Germingfrey.com ). We build green site developments, extensions and renovations for the growing demand of natural styled developments.
