Maintenance

Maintenance is a key issue in a sea-side property, even more so in tropical weather conditions. We work on a preventive maintenance concept and on a on-demand requirement basis, during your absence. As a rule of thumb we advise our clients that they will need to spend approximately 3-4% of the house price p.a. on maintenance.
