KPD is a construction management company with a skilled work force, trained with emphasis on traditional craftsmanship. We produce all our own wood work and use natural materials wherever possible. Blending in with nature is important to us for the overall success of the project.

We have a team of 48 skilled Thai staff presently. Additionally, we collaborate with local construction forces as the need arises.

We are the first to host a collaboration between Thai, Swiss and German guild craftsmen. The aim is to exchange knowledge and share skills.
